(RADIO.COM) – Linkin Park fans around the world will now be able to take part in next week’s Chester Bennington tribute concert.

Linkin Park & Friends Celebrate Life In Honor of Chester Bennington will stream live free of charge exclusively on YouTube Friday, October 27th at 7:45 p.m. PT.

Among the artists joining Linkin Park for the show include Blink-182, Machine Gun Kelly, Jonathan Davis from Korn, Kiiara, Zedd, members of No Doubt, System Of A Down, Yellowcard, Avenged Sevenfold, and many other surprises.

This historic concert celebration will be the first time Linkin Park performs on stage together since Bennington’s death on July 20.

Linkin Park Fans Create Message of Support Ahead of Chester Bennington Tribute

By Scott T. Sterling While Linkin Park prepares for a massive celebration of Chester Bennington at the Hollywood Bowl next week, a fan has compiled a special video message of support for the band. Related: Watch Linkin Park’s ‘Carpool Karaoke’ with Chester Bennington  Linkin Park “soldier” Jane Kalinina crafted the clip, utilizing images of fellow fans from around the world holding signs of support. “50+ soldiers coming together to send Linkin Park a supportive and loving message before their show on October 27th,” Kalinina wrote on YouTube. “Please share this video so hopefully the guys can see it and help them feel better.” “This video is amazing! They will do great!” wrote Bennington’s widow Talinda, retweeting the clip. “I am so grateful for the LP fan base,” Mike Shinoda wrote in a retweet. “Love you guys.” Watch the heartfelt and emotional clip below.

Linkin Park Releases ‘Carpool Karaoke’ Film Days Before Singer’s Suicide

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Linkin Park has released the episode of “Carpool Karaoke” the band filmed in July, six days before lead singer Chester Bennington took his own life. The 23-minute episode of the Apple Music series has been posted to the band’s Facebook page. Bennington appears to be in good spirits throughout the episode and is shown behind the wheel teaching episode host Ken Jeong how to sing in Bennington’s signature scream. Bennington’s bandmates Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn are also featured, performing some of the band’s hits karaoke-style, including “Numb” and “In the End.” The episode begins with a message stating that its release has the blessing of Bennington’s family and is dedicated to his memory. (RADIO.COM) – Linkin Park has shared the band’s episode of Carpool Karaoke, recorded before the tragic death of singer Chester Bennington.

“With the blessings of Chester’s family and his bandmates, we share this episode, and dedicate it to the memory of Chester,” reads a message posted onscreen before the clip begins.

The video kicks off with Bennington, Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn along with actor Ken Jeong in a car getting ready to embark on their musical ride. What follows is a fun and funny journey as the group sings along to favorites from Linkin Park (naturally), Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more.

The episode takes things to “the next level,” as Jeong puts it, with an unexpected surprise for the last segment of the clip.

By Jon Wiederhorn The members of Linkin Park are dealing with loss by getting back to doing what they love — even though the two are inextricably intertwined. Related: Linkin Park Will Release ‘Carpool Karaoke’ with Chester Bennington Bassist Dave “Phoenix” Farrell has posted a photo of the band back together in a room and practicing for the first time since vocalist Chester Bennington was found dead in his California home on July 20 after taking his own life. “Home from the #dunhilllinks and back to ‘work!’ Good to be back with the guys,” Farrell captioned the shot. Linkin Park are getting ready for a tribute concert for Bennington that will take place October 27 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Members of Blink 182, Bring Me The Horizon, System Of A Down, Korn and others will perform at the event.

Linkin Park Will Release ‘Carpool Karaoke’ with Chester Bennington

By Scott T. Sterling Linkin Park has revealed that the episode of Carpool Karaoke filmed before the tragic death of singer Chester Bennington is set to see the light of day. Related: James Cordon Addresses Linkin Park ‘Carpool Karaoke’ Segment According to the band’s Instagram page, it will be released “this time next week. Streaming for free on our Facebook page.” Actor Ken Jeong, AKA “Mr. Chow” from The Hangover movies, is seen driving with the band in the photo.
The segment had been in limbo after Bennington’s death, with host James Cordon saying that the singer’s family would be consulted before any decision was made regarding the footage. “We will approach it in whichever manner his family or the people that were involved in that episode, however they would like it to be handled,” Corden said. “We will navigate it as delicately as possible and just adhere to whatever wishes they would want because, I don’t think there’s any other way we could deal with it. It’s completely up to them and that’s a conversation we haven’t even thought about having right now.  It’s a tragedy.” See the band’s post below.
