10 things you should do to improve your day!

I was drafting a blog post the other day after getting a harsh verbal beating. (Which I ended up posting just the other day!) And all I was wanting to do was something to take my mind off it. The Next Message You Need Is Always Right Where You Are – Ram Dass

Our journey through life is not meant to be a straight, narrow path. This would be boring, as everything would be predictable and we would not experience any surprise twists. A little bit of ego is good to have, and in fact quite healthy. But if you let your ego roam freely…

Empathy Is the Most Mysterious Transaction That the Human Soul Can Have – Sue Monk Kidd

“Empathy is the most mysterious transaction that the human soul can have, and it’s accessible to all of us, but we have to give ourselves the opportunity to identify, to plunge ourselves in a story where we see the world from the bottom up or through another’s eyes or heart.”- Sue Monk Kidd

Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. Seems simple enough……
